Here are the details to help you with your booking.
Booking a lunch
- Click here or on the Events tab
- Here you will see all the events listed
- Scroll down the list until you find the event you wish to attend
- You can now choose"click here for more details" to give you more information on the presentation or choose "Book Online".
- Once you are sure you would like to attend choose "Book Online"
- You will now see the Log In page
- Members should enter their email address and password
- Non Members should choose "otherwise, click here to book this event as a non-member"
- You will now be redirected to to the regisration form, please ensure you complete all the questions and then click "Submit" at the bottom of the page
- Your details are now entered onto the system, however you are NOT yet booked onto the event, you will be redirected to the payment page
- Now you need to enter your details onto the payment page for PayPal
- Should you have any problems on with paying with PayPal then please call Andrew on 01635 578500
- Once you have completed the Payment you will receive notification from PayPal that your payment has been processed
- When confirming your order you will be asked if you have any dietary requirements it is very important that you complete this section
- You are now booked onto the event and your meal ordered
Joining Ladies And Gentlemen That Lunch
- Click here to go to the registration page or on the home page on the right hand side click "Join Ladies That Lunch"
- Now complete the registration page
- Once completed click "Submit"
- You will now be directed to the payment page
- Now follow the PayPal instructions to make payment.
- Once the payment has been accepted you will receive notification by email, you can now book any of the events at the discounted rate.
