Bev Hamilton

Bev Hamilton is the founder and owner of One Step Further and her varied career path includes teaching, sports development, RAF Air Traffic Control Officer and Learning and Development Consultant and Leadership Development Facilitator. She is now following her passion, building an International speaking business.

• As a speaker, she gives online and offline presentations, in house talks and seminars.
• As a mentor, she works online and offline on an individual and group basis to help people unleash their unique Leadership DNA.
• As a facilitator she runs workshops and meetings to support the discovery and application of knowledge for clear results

Bev recently won the Professional Speaking Association 2010 “Speaker Factor” competition. She has a Bachelor of Education Degree and is also on the coaching faculty at the University of Surrey.
