Telemarketing – How not to do it!

Su Copeland has worked in sales and marketing across many sectors for over 20 years. Two years ago she set up Lingo – and the company has grown to over a dozen colleagues with a £250,000 turnover.

Constantly apologising for being ‘telemarketing’ (be honest, what do you immediately think of?!), Su will share:

Su’s background includes working in theatre, the National Gallery and selling DRTV commercials to television stations around the world.
